Michael Rulhman's latest cookbook: RUHLMAN'S TWENTY -20 Techniques - 100 Recipes -A cook's Manifesto is a masterpiece. A simple masterpiece.
The book itself is super pretty and printed on a wonderfully sheened, heavy paper.
As a grain-free/Paleo meal maker there's a bit in here I have little use for. But I'm better for having the knowledge. This will also lead to further experiments by modifying recipes I find that are out of sync with my current lifestlye.
I turned straight to the Butter chapter and I love his take on the glorious food that is butter. There is so much wonderful in this book. I give it my highest recommendation and it's an insane value (currently $22).
